AI Insights uses Gemini AI to analyze your project data and provide smart recommendations, performance trends, milestone predictions, and growth opportunities tailored to your business.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Firebase's security infrastructure. Authentication is handled via Firebase Auth with role-based access controls. Only you and authorized 69dynamics team members can access your data.

How do I log into the Client Portal?
Visit 69dynamics.in/portal and sign in with the Google account that was used during onboarding. If you don't have access, contact your 69dynamics project manager or raise a support ticket.
What is the Client Portal and what can I do here?
The Client Portal is your personalized dashboard to manage everything: view project progress, milestones, tasks, invoices, documents, support tickets, analytics, and more — all in one place.
How do I submit a new project request or change request?
Go to Actions → New Request from the sidebar. Fill in the request type, description, and priority. Attach any relevant files. The team will review and respond within 24 hours.
How do I view my project milestones and progress?
Go to Project → Milestones to see all milestones with their status (Pending, In Progress, Completed). Each milestone shows its description, deadline, and deliverables.
How do I pay an invoice?
Go to Finance → Invoices to view all your invoices. Download them as PDF and make payment via bank transfer or UPI as instructed. Contact support if you need payment details.
Can I get GST-compliant invoices?
Yes! Make sure your GSTIN is updated in Company Profile → Tax & Legal or Finance → GST & Tax. All invoices will automatically include GST breakdowns (CGST/SGST or IGST based on your state).
How do I track my supply chain orders?
Go to Supply Chain → Order Updates to see all orders with status (Pending → Confirmed → Manufacturing → Packing → Dispatched → Delivered). Click any order for full details and tracking.
How do I create a recurring order template?
Go to Supply Chain → Order Templates, click New Template. Select your products, quantities, and optionally set an auto-schedule (weekly/biweekly/monthly). Save and use the Reorder button anytime.
I can't log in — what should I do?
Ensure you're using the same Google account registered with 69dynamics. Clear your browser cache and try again. If issues persist, reach out via WhatsApp or email support@69dynamics.in.
How do I raise a support ticket?
Go to Support → Support Tickets, click New Ticket. Select the category, priority, and describe your issue. Attach screenshots if helpful. The team will respond based on priority SLA.
